This program will help you learn techniques to overcome and manage the symptoms of low mood and depression.

Practical strategies help you to tackle unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. Overcome the unpleasant physical feelings and sometimes difficult emotions associated with depression.


  • Understand the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
  • Recognize how you think. Spot negative thinking patterns.
  • Challenge negative thoughts.
  • Boost your behavior - motivation, activity levels.

Space from Depression consists of six modules. Complete these in your own time and at your own pace over approximately six weeks.

Each module contains text, video and audio clips as well as interactive and engaging activities that will help you to manage undesirable symptoms and regain control.
